There's actually three bondage scenes that take place in the second episode of this show, and at least one more in the third episode. I'm watching that right now, and I'm posting screen shots! In this, their trying to bait Illya's twin!

This is the last time Lina get's tied up. She can't use her magic thanks to those beads that's wrapped around her, and the headband.
Oblivion Island
This is a great movie, and I love how it ends. Anyways this scene takes place during the end of the movie. It's not long, but it's still pretty cool.

I remember seeing a ton of previews for this show, but I never bothered buying this anime. When I finally added it to my collection, I really loved the show. This is the only bondage scene in the anime, and she's not being kidnapped either.

This was a surprising bondage scene. She get's tied up by these were tentacle things, gagged, and almost get's her eye plucked out!

This is a fun anime, but it only has one real bondage scene, which is funny considering how perverted it can be.

Can you believe how seriously people take this anime series? Anyways this scene takes place close to the end of the show, it's really cute!
